Does anyone have a quess on what this little black banty is....feather feet and leggs

I recently added some chickens to my clan and have a banty that has me stumped. Being a novas to this chicken stuff (2nd year) and new to bantams I thought I would turn to the masses for your opinion. It has a little light coloring on its breast just below the neck, otherwise it is all black. It has funny little shoots of feathers that come off its feet (by my thumb in the photo), It is 4 weeks old.

a very nice little black cochin and possibly a hen I have a pair of banty cochins and I could tell my Penn was a roo when he was 4-6 weeks old

Thanks, I couldn't find any photos that showed the leg feathers like it has online. It is the sweetest little chicken ever...hoping it is a hen!

I think it is a Cochin also. I have two black cochin bantam hens and two frizzle cochin boys. I am a cochin fanatic you will so love it. I will say though if it is a girl it will be broody and earn its trust early if you do they let you check the eggs and hold the babies, my two new girls I did not spend enough time with and they are very agresive to me if I get close to a nest. I love my cochens especialy the frizzle's they are little fluf balls.
