Does anyone have ideas for ways to keep the birds off the porch?

... mine come running when I feed the cat... he's lucky to get a half dozen bites before they take over!

I sure wish there was a solution as we are getting ready to replace our front porch that runs the length of the house... but realisticly a hose and a broom (for the floor, not the chickens).

Here too...I have pictures of my feathered out chicks chasing off my adult male from his dinner. To me they looked like a pack of wild dinosaurs.​

i have been having the same problem for over a year now! you must look down when you walk out there!

theres no total fix.

Tear off the porch

Seriously, there is not much that one can do to keep birds from going where they want to go short of fencing it off--which is more of an inconvenience to you than them.
