Does anyone know what breed this is ?

All chicks that have a barring gene have that white spot. It's a dominant gene that does not 'hide'. A bird cannot be a carrier for it. It is always expressed. Some have just a few bits of white down, others have very large spots. But it's always there. And the person you got them from has got to have a Barred Rock hen or two.
These chicks are black sexlinks. The females are all solid black, with a bit of white down under the throat. The two boys have the head spots. One just has a tiny smudge. The other has a more noticeable spot.

If the rooster was an Australorp, then all the chicks should have white skin. Sexlinks aren't a breed. Some genes are 'sexlinked', in that, a hen with that particular gene can only pass it to her male chicks. The silver base color gene and the barring gene are two such genes. Red sexlinks always have a silver base color mother. Black sexlinks always have a barred mother. There are many breeds that can be used to produce both red and black sexlinks.

Do sex links have yellow legs here's a better pic of the legs

What color legs they have depends on what breeds were used to produce them. For black sexlinks, all you need is a hen with the barring gene and a rooster that isn't barred and isn't solid white.
