Could you get another image from a different angle? I'm not quite sure what angle we're looking at.

Is that coming out of her hock? It's not where a spur would be is it? It looks like there is some blood at the top. I'm so sorry, but I don't know what this is. I don't want to alarm you, but my first thought would be some sort of cancer. I sincerely hope I am wrong.
