Does anyone know what this is on my roo?

I noticed a few black spots a few days ago and now there is hole in his comb??

Those are peck wounds from one of the other chickens or roosters. They will heal up in a couple of weeks without treatment. Watch to see that the pecking doesn't get out of hand, because the combs can be torn and really bloodied.

Got to be my hens doing it as he is my only roo. Thanks a bunch, maybe time to separate for awhile Thanks so much

Just watch them. Usually the hens aren't as violent as the roosters. He probably is just getting too friendly with the mean ones.

yeah He stays friendly all the time with them. One day all 9 of my hens are going to take him on at one time..lol
