It’ll be tough to take the string out but it is definitely possible to remove all of it. You’ll want to soak her feet, place her on your lap, and start cutting and unwinding the string. Tweezers will definitely help, and you may want to use a headlamp if the string is hard to see. You’ll want to remove all the dead tissue and debris from the wounds, too, but you can do that a day or two after removing the string. Salve or ointment will help her feet heal faster and will help get rid of all that debris and dead tissue stuck in those grooves in her feet.My step-sister said it’s been months. I’m so upset at her for not looking sooner. We took her and are keeping her.
