Does anyone make noodles with their eggs to SELL??

so you can really just let them dry and then use them later? that seems way too easy! why haven't i looked into it before??

how long do they keep (assuming dry clean storing conditions)?
 
I was thinking about selling homemade noodles as well. How much are you selling yours for? I was thinking about selling them in a gallon size zip lock.
