Does Anyone Now Where to Get an Infectious Laryngotracheitis (ILT) Vaccine?

The only way to know for sure what the issue is,is a confirmed diagnoses from either a necropsy or a vet. There is really no point in guessing as this can have disasterous results.

The only thing you can try is treating for the disease/virus that most matches your birds symptoms, but again this is just guess work.

I have no local vets who are great with chickens. I took Bumblebee to an exotics vet and they weren't sure what he has.

You have multiple threads going regarding this problem. May I suggest containing all of your info. in one main thread to get the best results from this forum.

Before you rush to vaccinate ILT you need to get a confirmed diagnosis on what exactly is going on with your birds. I have viewed the video you have posted of your birds, I doubt they have ILT.

So many of these diseases mimick each other as far as symptoms go and it's not unusual for birds to have more then one thing going on at a time. Getting some labs from a sick bird sent off for testing or having a dead bird necropsied will give you the answers you need and then you will be able to make an informed decision regarding treatment and management of your flock. Until then, anything you do and anything we come up with here is just a guess, a shot in the dark.

Edited to add: If a bird dies you can get a free necropsy here in CA. If you pm Casportpony she has that info. Your exotic's vet should also be able to do some cultures and bloodwork to send out to their lab or should be able to find out how to go about doing so.

You mentioned they are on medication,is it a tetracycline or similar type drug as these are used to treat several respiratory infections/diseases.

Keep your boys warm(when ill/injured birds cannot regulate their body temp,so additional heat is required)make sure feed/water(especially water)is within close reach for them.

Make sure you check nostrils for any build up of discharge,as this will result in difficulty breathing/bluish/purple tinge to combs.

I suppose it's possible they could have IB but there are a lot of possible things this could be. We dealt with an outbreak of IB here about two years ago. It started with my rooster sounding hoarse when he crowed and progressed quickly, within a day or so, to a wet sounding cough. He developed pneumonia very quickly, litterly sounded like an old percolater coffee pot bubbling away. He was also very lethargic and feverish. Vet did several different cultures, swabs, bloodwork, I don't even remeber what all, but sent it all to a lab and that's the diagnosis that came back. He prescribed Baytril and was kind enough to give me enough to treat my whole flock as each came down with it in turn. I have not heard of Azithromycin being prescribed for poultry, that's a new one to me, but I have only rarely had to treat with antibiotic's.

Okay. Yesterday when Pip breathed it sounded like gurgley.. He stopped doing that today. He continues to sneeze badly. I can see if my vet would do blood work.
