I have 4 silver pullets (17 weeks old) and have noticed that there is more/less lacing on some and some have more black or more white. If I were going to go through the process of choosing one of these to show, what would I be looking for overall? I know they don't have an APA SOP....would I just try to follow what they have for the color that is in the APA book?
This breed (for me) does not really like to be handled. They are the definitely the breed I have the toughest time getting my hands on, literally.
Below is a picture of my crew (I also have one cockerel). I have different colored bands on them. The picture of all 4 together, they are, starting at top left and going clockwise, orange, green, red, yellow.
