Does anyone speak german?

I have a few grammar questions that I want to ask, but no one I know speaks german.

basically, we have to write a 100 word essay on what we expect from german class this year (German IV AP). he wants there to be complex sentences, and there is one sentence I'm not sure about at all:

Ich habe das wir fast keine deutshe sprechen bemerken. Das ist sehr gut weil ich hoffe das ich kann mehr von die Sprache von Deutschland verstehen wenn ich untertauche in sie mich.

It been awhile, and I can't parse the first sentence but I think second goes something like this:

That is very good, but I hope I can understand more spoken German when I have finished this class (undertaking)

I was trying to say "I have noticed that we speak almost no english in class. that is good because I hope that I can understand the german language better if I immerse myself in it."

"Untertauchen" is really only used literally, as a term for diving in the water, or as "dissappearing, in order not to be found". Hope this helps!

JA ich spreche Deutsch ganz gut, ich habe ja in Deutschland fuer 5 Jahren gewohnt.
Ich weiss nicht ob Du mich verstehen kannst und deswegen denke ich,dass ich ja wieder auf Englisch shreiben soll.

Well I love German languge, I also speak and write Arabic.
