Does anyone understand the Ohio revised code on chickens? I don’t. Need help.

Says, "...Planned-unit development regulations shall apply to property only at the election of the property owner..."

The rest of it indicates it is there so if someone wanted to put in a planned unit development, or maybe wanted to adjust details of the zoning regulations applying to it, they could do so by easier methods than amending the zoning ordinance.

Whether or not anyone did that with their parcel, it doesn't change the zoning of your parcel.

Yes. I saw that. It says "may....regulate" in specific ways. The specific ways being dependent on the sizes of the parcels, what percent of the parcels have been developed, and so on.

The way he answered indicates they have not exercised that option.

I didn't notice the pud part. I'll look into it.

You are right. Using the term”Karen” to describe someone who gets into your business or tries to get you into trouble probably isn’t the most effective way to convey what I wanted to say without accidentally being insulting to others who may have that name and are not that way. Thank you for reminding me of that.
