Does anyone use the nipple water drinkers?

I made a nipple water set-up from 2 inch pvc. I have 10 nipples connected to 2 275 gallon totes. The totes are connected to the gutters on my 10x16 shed gutters. The chickens have water all the time. I use 1 gallon water containers when I worm the chickens and turn the nipples water set-up off. Works great.

I've been using the nipple waterers for almost a year, and my chickens love them. Unfortunately, I had some freezing of my setup in the last couple of weeks and the nipples seem to be leaking a lot. Not around the edges, but where the water is supposed to come out. Has anyone had this problem? Do i need to just order new nipples or is this a fixable problem?

Did you take them apart and check for any trash or obvious problems with your Vert Nipples?
