does blue kote come out of clothes?

ok so i just got home from school and i noticed one of my hens backs is bare. it has been for a while so idecided to put some blue kote on it to see if it would help
This is not the most social hen and long story short she flew into my arm

and now i have a giant purple spot on one of my better hoodies...
i tried wd40 ...

but its not working...

It barely comes off the skin, and I have some clothes I got it on... it's still there. Regardless of how many washings.

woolite for carpet. woot.
its comming up in blue bubbles. = )

I have used hydrogen peroxide.. and gotten it out
