Does Hunidity Go Up B4 hatching?

Hi, mine went up from 63 to 80 by itself.
It is raining here though.
So take out some plugs in the Brower?
They are day 19/20

Mine always goes up once they start hatching. I'd say the rain has something to do it.

I pulled out the plugs and it's not lowering...wow
Will 80 drown them? maybe I should lift the lid real quick let some moisture out?
