Yes it does. The raw, unfiltered ACV that has the "mother" in it contains enzymes and other beneficial nutrients that you won't find in the regular stuff. It's worth the extra expense.

FYI - some new grocery stores do have it in the health type foods section. I found it at our local Lowe's Foods.
