Does male quail "crow"

Quick question. I am thinking about raising Quails in my backyard. Our neighborhood association is pretty strict about not having male chicken that would crow. Will the male quail crow like chicken do? Or do male quails simply chirp? If they do crow, is it as loud as chicken crow? Appreciate your input.

I live on just shy of a half acre and all of my neighbors can hear my roosters crow when they are outside. No one can hear it inside their home and everyone I asked seed to not mind the noise. When the neighbor had a rooster everyone could hear it inside and a few weren't happy. Hopefully that gives you a little idea about the noise.
