Does managing my flock include naming by "farm"?

So I want to call my "farm" of 15 acres, 27 chickens (adding another 31 this week), 1 rabbit (will probably get more this year for kids to start showing), 4 dogs, 1 donkey, 2 kids, and 2 nephews the "Chunky Dunk." Do I have to go thru some some of "formal" requirements with paperwork or do i just start referring to our place as The Chunky Dunk??? What has everyone done? Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section.

I simply placed a small sign in my road-side garden, street address & calling our place "JACOBS ACRES". The neighbors will start calling our place JACOBS ACRES judt because we're on the corner & have the new sign.

Unless you're doing it as a business, you can hang a sign (check your local ordinances first) and there you go!

If you really want to, you can register a "fictitious name" with whomever licenses businesses in your state. Usually, that will be the franchise tax board.
