Does molting make hens act sick sometimes?

One of my 2 year old hens is starting to molt. she is losing feathers fast and i have had many birds molt befor but never have any acted like this.. she is almost slow moving and acts kinda sick. except she has clear bright eyes and no runny nose but she does have kinda runny poo. is she just under stress from going into molt?

I don't think they feel good when they molt. The combs and waddles get pale on mine. They are not as active either. I give extra vitamins at this time and healthy treats.
