Does my duckling have lice? What is this?

I bought some duck eggs any had my chicken sit on them. This is the only duckling that hatched for now. I noticed some bugs on it's head, which you can see on the pictures. There's a few of them but I don't see any on the chicken or anywhere else. Should I be concerned? What are those?

Have you tried removing them? Have you ruled out ticks?

It's a little hard to tell, but looks like lice to me.

Could you try to remove one and get a better picture?
