Does my Hen have fertile eggs?

here is my hen that wont leave her eggs i have a young rooster but not sure if they mated If my hen js acting like this does that mean her eggs are fertile?

Chickens can go broody even without a rooster around so there's no guarantee the eggs are fertilize. I'd give her some eggs I knew were fertile to hatch

Ok but the rooster did mate with one of the chickens could this one be laying on her eggs?

And do the eggs look any different when they are fertilized?

The best way to tell if your eggs are fertile is crack a few open and look at them. You can tell by the blastoderm shape. An infertile egg has a white spot about the size of a pin head. A fertile egg has a bulls eye shape.

If you crack one open, look for the white spot on the yolk. If it looks like a bull's eye, then it's fertile, if it's a solid spot, then it's infertile.

This is an example of a fertile egg. Ignore the red meat spot. The bullseye on the yolk is what you're looking for.
