Does my pen need fixed?

I just threw together a chicken pen and I think it needs to be fixed. It is 10X10X10 and has a tarp on 3/4 the roof....two of the sides have panels on them 3/4th the way across....Is this a problem? Should I block in the nest boxes more and along the bottom by the boxes??

You need to enclose the area around the nest boxes to block the wind and blowing rain. Chickens are survivors as long as they can get out of the wind.

Im sure chickens could survive with out full shelter but they have a much better chance if they had an enclosed space to roost and nest to get out of the cold, wind, rain or snow.

Ok thanks. I have to wait to buy a saw....hubby broke ours by taking it apart....Hopefully I can Recycle some old wood and make something to help them out.
