Does my rabbit have allergies or snuffles

Ok guys I have a mini rex doe got her last Saturday from someone who kept her in his garage and now she's outside. She's about 4 mths old. Sometimes she has white boogers coming from her nose and clear discharge. She acts fine eating drinking hoping around and ect. And we are in the beginning of fall and do have alot of fall weeds blooming around us. When we had her in the car she didn't sneeze at all but have heard her sneezed twice . So let me know what yall think
