Does Phoebe need a name change?

I'm completely new to chickens. "Phoebe" is an 8-week-old EE and sold as a sexed pullet. Well, a week or so ago her comb turned bright red. Her legs look thick to me, but what do I know? She doesn't have any saddle feathers yet and so far no crowing (knock on wood). Overall, "she" is pretty laid back.

Thank you, all. That's what I was afraid of.

So far he's been very gentle. A couple of my hens are more aggressive. But he needs to keep quiet if he's going to stay; I'm in the city.
