Does "Sevin" Dust work to kill flies?

Just like the title says, Does it work? I know people say it works on fleas. I have a severe fly problem. Living in SWFlorida, with the constant humidity, surely isn't helping my problem. I have tried DE already. Also, I clean my coop and poop board every week.

I wont use 7 dust as it is very unfriendly to bees. Bee population is in decline and the dust can kill whole colonies as i understand it. There is good information on the dust just google it!University of nebraska"I think"Wrote the paper I read online.
