Does she have scaly legs?

She was bleeding where the feathers grow. I've been doing out every three days now, and i'm not using tea tree but VetRx.

Her legs seem to be getting better, but she still doesn't look too happy. Actually I'm starting a new thread because I'm having some problems and I'm not sure what else I can do.
