Does she look like wet feather?

Is he breeding her?...And I mean daily and multiple times?..He will bite her neck and use his feet on her back which damage feathers as he breeds...
When I am home on the weekends it’s about 5 times a day. Form what I see, mind you. Here lately he seems to be taking longer to get the job and holding down longer. Currently her neck looks ok, I know once her neck starts looking ruff I will have to separate them. But I did know if there would be more of a warning sign....

Hello...I think your warning sign is her bad feathers?..He is wearing them by breeding her so much..

Ohhhhh! Ok, so know what do I do? Their run is a 10x10 foot, their house takes up a lot of that room. Do lock him up in the pen, while she roams free? Or vice versa? Or do I make a make shift pen within the pen? Or separate during the day but allow them to be together at night? Oh my sorry for all the questions...... I didn't think it would happen so soon!
