Does this chick have angel wing?

I have a 12 day old Cuckoo Marans chick that I think has angel wing. She doesn’t hold her wings close to her body like the other chicks and it looks like only the wing tips are held slightly out. Overall, she seems more docile than the other chicks (different breeds) and has serious pasty butt. I have to clean off her rear end about four times a day. She’s out in the chicken run with my broody and her 8 chicks that are older. They all eat chick starter with probiotic powder mixed in and oat/barley/pea fodder that I grow for them. It is really really hot here but this seems more than heat.

Cmom, I saw that post yesterday. It definitely looks like angel wing to me but that link refers more to ducks. This chick is so tiny. I’m worried that if I wrap her wings the others (including my two ducks) will pick on her. She’s so tiny!
