Does this chick need help?

Should I help this chick hatch?its been like this for serval hours with no progression..it’s still moving and breathing and the humidity dipped down to 59 just for a few split seconds other wise humidity has been between a steady 60-66.idk what to do and I am worried bout this little one.

I think he should be ok still.
I'd wait.
That humidity is fine.
Just leave the bator closed and watch for another few hours.

Without opening the bator...can you tell if the membrane is stuck to him?
 
Just as we are having to have this discussion he/she began to zip!i swear sometimes I also impatient!but I keep telling myself let nature take its course they know what they are doing!i have 7 that is pipped and getting ready to hatch and I have 12 that haven’t done anything yet!should I be worried about them or will they eventually hatch?i just started day 21 about 1pm today.

Some babies wait til day 23. Be patient! :)
