Good i was worried it was scales mites or something. Her neck isn't too bad per se, I just noticed some feathers were gone at the base. Shouldn't be rooster problem since we currently dont have one but theres a chance it was one of our more meaner hens who likes to oeck and mount (though ive never seen her attack my black one here)Feet look pretty normal for a feather footed bird. What is your specific concern? Can you post a picture of her neck? She may be molting, getting feather picked, or it could be rooster damage if there is feather loss on the neck.
