Does this hen have a respiratory infection?

Hi everyone so someone recently reached out to me about their hen. To me this looks like a respiratory infection of sorts. She’s also wheezing. He’s had them for a week and said he noticed this yesterday. Does anyone know what it is and how to treat it?
Also one only seems to be affected the rest are ok. For some reason it won’t let me post the vid but here are some pics

Is she eating and drinking okay?
