Does this hen look normal?

Orally give it to each chicken via syringe, directly into the beak. My flock free ranges so I do it 2 times a year. Its a large task. I recommend safeguard or Valbazen (this seems to be more popular). For mites and lice, DE doesnt work well, use permethrin.
I used “Martins Pen&Poultry” which has permethrin in it on my coop and my other hens.

Do you happen to have a picture of what the dewormer bottle looks like and how much i should be giving them?

Yep, she's a Salmon Faverolles. What you're seeing on her neck is what remains of her beard. If you notice the upper parts are bare and red. This is likely due to plucking by her flock mates and should grow in if given ample protein during molting season :)
I’m given my flock right now just 16% layer feed. By “ample protein during molting season”, how much more protein should i be giving them? I’m new to this whole chicken thing i’m trying to get as much information!

Yep, here are the two brands I have. I reocmmend Valbazen. They are both used for chickens off label. Wyorp Rock describes the dosages well.

I feed 20% protein year round and a protein booster during molt season (takes up less than 10% of their diet).

I would feed a flock raiser feed of sorts which has 20% protein! The nice thing about this kind is that you can even feed it all year and just provide supplemental oyster shell for the layers. This is great for mixed age flocks and flocks with roosters because it doesn't provide an excess of calcium in the feed that can cause health problems. This is also beneficial to hens who may have lowered calcium needs like broody hens! :)

Yep, I do that. Recommended. I use "flock raiser" and a "flock starter" when thats not available. I always get non medicated unless I am raising chicks. I use Purina. Hope this helps!
