Does this like cocci poop

I have 2 ameraucana hens that seem to do this weird "ghetto" neck roll on and off and sometimes stand up really straight. I came across this poop pile yesterday and was wondering if this looks like coccidosis poop. I included the neck roll video too

How old are they and how long have you had them?
What do you feed including treats?
Where are you located in the world?
Do you provide a source of Crushed Granite (grit) for your birds?

The neck roll looks like crop adjustment, but it would be a very good idea to check their crops in the mornings before they have had anything to eat/drink to make sure the crops are emptying.

The poop to me is not normal. Can you take some samples to your vet for testing of worms and coccidia?
