Does this look familar?

I have a hen with a very swollen face. She is acting normally, eating and moving around the yard with the friends in the flock. I dont seen any eye watering nor have I witnessed any respiratory distress, no sneezing etc.
What could it be? What might I do to help her?
Any ideas?
