Does this look like a racoon kill?

My poor ladies were terrorized yesterday. We live in Central Washington and have a creek going through the backyard. I'm assuming this was a raccoon
but welcome others thoughts. We've never had a kill in the warmer weather so I didn't close up the hen house as tight as I could have. Last night it was closed up tight and there was no problem.

We have seen a hawk or two but I don't know that their kill would look like this, or if a juvenile would have been completely carried off if it were a predator bird?

OMG... I am so sorry! We are in Kansas and had the same horrifying thing happen to one of our babies. The damage looked identical. I feel so bad for all the chickens! Ours was a raccoon...my husband saw it on our outdoor camera... sorry!

:welcome :frow So sorry for your loss. It could have been any number of predators. I would suggest if you have a game camera, put it up. The predator will be back now that it's made a kill then you will know what you're dealing with. When I first put my cameras up I was quite surprised at the number of predators that roam around here especially at night. Good luck...
