Does this look like BLUE COMB ?

She sounds very ill if she won’t take cooked egg. Try getting her to drink some fluids. A vet could give her fluids under her skin to rehydrate her, or you could learn to tube feed.

She's been drinking but isn't intrested in eating whatsoever. I'm hoping the pinicillin will start helping whatever this is and will see improvement in the morning.

I have an older chicken with the same color comb. She has been having breathing problems for a week now. is your chicken experiencing this?

She hasn't laid any eggs in the 5 weeks I've had her. I figured that was ok since another hen I got at the same time hasn't laid either. Figured she just wasn't comfortable yet

Back to where this thread started. Lucy is looking a little better,iv given here pinicillin injections 2 days in a row now. Her comb no longer has blue in it,she is a little more active and she is nibbling at food, not really eating like chickens do but she will take a few pecks when I feed them. Praying for more improvement tomorrow.
