She is 7 weeks old. Eats and moves around well. I started my flock on Corrid last night just in case. How long do I continue to give it to them?

It could be...she shows the slightest bit of droop. I treat mine at the strongest strength for the specified amount of days and gradually decrease as per instructions.

What are you feeding your flock?

It's possible she may have Coccidiosis, without a fecal test, there's no way to know for sure. Since you started treatment with Corid, then follow through with it. I, like @Wickedchicken6 recommend that you give the dosage as follows:
Corid dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder per gallon or
2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon. Give for 5-7 days - make sure this is the ONLY water available during that time period. Mix a fresh batch at least once a day.

When you finish the Corid treatment (5-7 days). Offer a good poultry vitamins along with probiotics/yogurt for a few days.
