Does this look like the start of molting?

We have 5 girls that are 14 months old. This is my first time having chickens. I've never seen a molt, just the photos on the web of very extreme feather loss. Can a molt look something like this, or is there something else going on? Sandy is losing feathers behind her comb. Her coat is very dull and scruffy looking. This has been going on for about a week.

Only have the 5 females. One of the others has similar look, but not as extreme.

I actually had the same last year, I even posted a thread about it on here. I'm trying to think what people said :/. Have you checked her for lice?

I checked her for lice and didn't find any.
