Does this mean the mites are gone?

We recently had mites in our flock. I have treated the coop and the girls with permethrin 10 a while ago. The most beat-up girl is growing her feathers back! Does this mean the mites have moved away?

Here are some of the areas new feathers are popping out.

I would assume so. Mites come out at night so I would grab a flashlight and go to the coop at night and do a formal inspection. But the feathers growing back is great! Good job!!
