I feel your pain about the trees. We've been chain-sawing and log-splitting for three days now. We all ready have enough wood for NEXT winter, LOL, and our woods are still a mess.

Hope the storm didn't hit yinz too hard.

someone on another thread mentioned selling or trading eggs thru www.localharvest.org you might want to check that out. I have a listing on there, but like another poster said, I don't have enough eggs yet to satisfy my demands! I wish I had your problem!!

Good luck with the tree chopping...be careful. Branches have a mind of their own sometimes...

If there's more than you can sell there, I'm sure there's a local food shelf/pantry that would be thrilled with a nice big egg donation! We do that from time to time. Don't forget you can claim that on your taxes as charitable donations, and claim the full value for farm fresh (free range?) eggs!

Whatever you do, don't let those babies go to waste!

Wish I had that many...but then I would probably have to live in the coop ...as my husband would definitely throw me to the curb!(LOL!)
