That is too funny! My Buff Orpington rooster's name is Honey too! I know, not very masculine, but he was bought straight run

Oh, and as far as telling whether yours is a roo or not, buff orpington roos are usually shade of orange and have shiny orange feathers in their plumage, while the hens look 'washed out' in comparison. I could tell Honey was a roo as soon as he started feathering in because he had shiny orange feathers. Yours looks pretty orange, and look at those legs! In the second picture you can see how much bigger they are than the pullet he's next to. I think maybe you have a roo there...
