Saturday morning my son noticed this gal curled up by our house, lying down and not moving. My husband picked her up and noticed she was wet, indicating she had not roosted the night before and was out in a rain storm. We immediately moved her inside under a heat lamp and gave her electrolytes, poultry cell and yogurt mixed with her feed for 48 hours. By the end of that time she seemed to be improving.
Today she’s gone back to her spot behind our grill. Doesn’t want to free range. Her breathing has been normal and consistent. No rapid breathing, coughing or sneezing. I’m at a loss and worried. Any thoughts as to what may be happening?
She’s about two years old and up until Saturday was laying and behaving normally.
Thanks in advance!
