Does your guinea bite?

My little girl bit me today and wouldn't let go. She just sat there with my finger in her mouth. Anybody else have a similar experience?

My Guineas will bite, peck, scratch, whatever... they get ticked OFF and defensive when caught and held. The Hens always seem to be the nippiest tho, and will draw blood if given the chance. Ungrateful witches!

Mine haven't tried in a while but they sure have in the past! Ouch! Esp. when they just get a nip.

But that is more than that. Too funny photos! How long did she hang on for?

It is sort of like , okay you caught me and I caught you.

Now we are even. They hate to be had!

My Sal would have ripped me to pieces for making Etta get off the nest and come in tonight. We have a bell tied on one of the roosts and he was really tearing into that thing when I was shutting the door!
