does your hens try to follow you in your house?

No but my goats do. We let them loose in teh yard when we are around sometimes and if I go in the house they'll stand on the deck and look in the door. They are so cute.

ALL THE TIME!!

We have 4 bantam hens and all of our friends and family call them our "chicken dogs". When we are in the kitchen with our back door open "Lavern and Shirly" will come right in hoping to find some small crumbs that one of our kids might have dropped. Our hens do not have a coop and act just like or better then a dog. They have the run of the back yard and sleep in a tree near our back door. They hang out with us during bbq's and follow us to the front yard to dig in the flower bed while we do yard work. They wait by the back door every morning for my wife to come out and give them a ritz cracker. I finally had to built them a coop and run mainly because I'm tired of hosing all the poop off the furniture. It's very interesting raising chickens.

Not only do they follow me everywhere but come in the dog door! The cat can't learn how but the buckettes have!
