Do you think your new lawyer, the one that is helping you with the dog bite case, also be able to help you with this waterway problem?

He said he would talk to his partner who does land use cases but never got back to me. I've since inquired twice more about that but..no response as yet.......

With the economy being slow I bet you could hire a dozer cheaper than a lawyer.

I hear you on that one! I had hired a dozer for a part of the work where it might have been helpful but unfortunately it sunk due to super saturated ground - took a lot more time and effort than it was worth to try to shovel tons of dirt to fill the trenches.

My problem is with the dog's irresponsible humans first and foremost. I don't/won't ever use poison. However, if there was something you could put in hot dogs to stop irresponsible people from breeding, I think I would be hosting some BBQ's any minute now (which is saying something, considering I'm a vegetarian!)

I don't usually chuckle at to many posts but that made me laugh.

You'd think that if you kept removing dirt that eventually the upper neighbor would start to have problems also? Unless their home was really far from the property line.
