Dog attack! (Graphic Pictures)

UPDATE PICS-The scab is coming off and is very loose. The skin (I think it's skin?) Underneath is mostly pink, sometimes a little red. No blood! From what I understand, it's healing well! I do have a concern though-shes having quite a bit of runny poop. She won't eat yogurt. She IS eating her normal food and no other treats. I was giving her probiotics water but it wasn't helping. Advice?
When she was on four antibiotic pills a day, her poop was mostly good. Now she's down to two pills a day but it's runny.

Hi all.
Her wound is looking so much better. However, the diarrhea has gotten severe. She's drinking a lot, eating very little. The only meds she's on are Calavamox and Metacam. She's been on these all a long without issues until recently. I'm getting really concerned.

I've given probiotics...it hasn't helped. She won't eat oatmeal or yogurt.

Has she been on clavamox for 2 weeks? If so, I would stop it and start the probiotics again for at least a week. Clavamox can cause yeast overgrowth, so I would get the probiotics going again. Cooked rice with buttermilk, in small amounts, might be good to mix in her chicken feed once a day. That may firm up the droppings.

The vet prescribed one pack of Clavamox at 4 pills a day until gone, then a second pack at 2 pills a day until gone. So yes, it's been two weeks. She ended up with a case of sour crop right away from the antibiotics which I treated and is now gone. At that time, I gave her probiotics in her water.

I just gave her some rice. She gobbled it up but seems like whatever she eats, she poops out quickly, in runny poop.

She's on Metacam as well, once a day.
