Dog attack! (Graphic Pictures)

Pics
She has a yellow spot on the front of her throat. There was no scab here. What might this be? It wasn't there before. I'm very concerned about it.

She's still eating well but having diarrhea. The scab looks great. Could it be jaundice?

Jaundice typically appears in the eyes (at least in people). Is there an odor about her? I’m not being weird really but wondering id it is necrosis or tissue which isn’t getting blood flow. It also could be scar tissue, or what is growing back from The gruesome wounds. It’s just a shot in the dark. As far as the diarrhea, in people you would give ammonium. Not sure if there is a chicken equivalent or what a dose would be. Have you tried rice? We adopt greyhounds and when one of our girls would get diarrhea, we would give them chicken with rice for 3 days. I understand no chicken, but maybe the rice? My worry is that we will get her to stop with the diarrhea, and she will get bound up. As long as she gets plenty of water, and is eating well, maybe let nature run its course? Hopefully someone with chicken sense will chime in and give you better advice. Thoughts and prayers!🙏❤️

There's no odor.

I am giving some rice and she's eating her normal food.

Are you still giving the oral antibiotics? I would stop the oral antibiotics.
Do you have the powdered probiotics that get added to water? I would add them.
Is she getting high protein extras like meal worms? To much protein can cause diarrhea is why I ask.

With the above and the rice hopefully it will clear up.

I stopped the antibiotics. I've read that long-term use of Metacam can cause diarrhea as well. I'm wondering if she needs that still as well.

I added the powdered probiotics back to her water and am not giving mealworms.

Update-Shes been lethargic today. Not acting like herself.

Are you still giving the metacam?

In dogs it can often cause digestive issues. I am thinking that may be contributing to her diarrhea.

How lethargic is she?
I stopped the Metacam today as well. But couldn't her lethargy be from pain?

She's eating, drinking, sleeping and nothing more.
