Dog attack - need first aid help!!

I would thing the scab should be happening. It would be just like if you had a wound.

Feathers can grow back in three weeks with proper feeding. Up her protein and Methione intake. This can be done by feeding black oil sunflower seeds.

Do you mean like the ones you can buy for bird feeders? Can I give them to her with the shell on? Should I make sure the others don't eat them too and how much should I give her? Would cooked oatmeal also help, I know it has a decent amount of protein in it? Sorry for all the questions and thank you for your help.

Black oil sunflower seeds are fine with the shell on. Mine have been eating them daily for umpteen years and go crazy for them. Any store that sells bird seed will have them.

Yes, the ones you feed to the wild birds. You can give it to her with the shells on. They all can have it. Mine go nuts over the BOSS!
