Is it her poop that smells like urine? I'm not sure what would cause a urine smell. Write again tomorrow, hopefully someone with more knowledge will be on.
Before syringe feeding her, you have to learn some things. Some folks say that feeding with a syringe is their preference, but some say that it is safer to tube feed, because with a tube there is no chance of the hen aspirating. Here are two threads and an article, and just search for some more if you have questions, or need to feel more confident. There are some youtube videos about it, just make sure to watch more than one in case someone missed a detail. This can be intense stuff.

I have to put my baby to bed, but keep posting if you need more help, and hopefully someone will see it.
I'll be praying for your hen!
