Dog attack

A dog got in my run and killed 4 of 5 hens .
The 5th one is very weak and shakes her head alot.
I cant find any punctures on her body anywhere but she will only lay around and hasnt been walking all day.
What should we do to nurse her back to health

Looks like she is just in shock. Get her comfortable and back in her coop. She is going to need some friends soon though.

Treat her for shock right away with electrolytes and a little sugar water. She might not want to go back in her coop until she feels better
