That is great news! She made a speedy recovery, thanks to you. I hope I can be as brave as you if something like that ever comes up with my flock. I couldn't find the stitch kit you were using at Rural King, but I'm going to keep looking for it to add to my pultry first aid kit.

I'm glad Stitches is back to normal. Nice job nursing her back to health.
The stitching thread is called suture, and I think it also comes in silk thread. I think someone wanted to know. I agree, its good to have these things on hand. Karen
